Enfin! Mon h?bergeur ayant pass? toute son infrastructure ? la norme UTF-8 (encodage unicode des caract?res), il m'a fallu modifier tous mes scripts et ma Base de Donn?es qui ?taient encod?s en Latin-1.
Cela n'a pas ?t? sans mal... Mais tout est (apparemment) rentr? dans l'ordre.
Normalement, les caract?res accentu?s devraient avoir repris leur aspect normal et attendu!

The book is the result of careful historical research sponsored by the Regional Administration, is richly illustrated, also with the coat-of-arms redesigned specially watercolors by Massimo Ghirardi, faithfully to the historical sources.
Intruduce work an essay on heraldry civic general and in particular of the Marche region. The atlas itself was made up of the documents of the individual municipalities drafted as the introduction by Antonio Conti, Vieri Favini and Alessandro Savorelli, on the basis of historical territories and not based on the current provincial administrative divisions, with a clear reference to the age that formed the arms of the community.
Sometimes the treatment takes the form of a short essay. For each stem can provide bibliographic data and archival information.
The atlas has been updated to the most recent administrative changes, but also includes the coat of arms of the municipalities who left the Marche for the Emilia-Romagna region in 2009, when the research was published today was completed.
It closes the atlas a review of arms of the municipalities suppressed (and other aggregates) specially designed on the basis of the sources found, some of which have never been published until now.
The creation of a single work has also enabled the drafting of a text that differs substantially from other works placed in the universe of municipal "stemmari"; the general thrust of the book reconstructs the heraldic symbols of the Marche going in search of his original characters.
Soon the book will be officially presented in the headquarters of the Marche region and in some towns in the provinces of Ancona, Ascoli Piceno, Macerata and Pesaro.
